ShineCo will not be liable for any pre-existing conditions, i.e. loose carpet, split seams, bleach marks, acne medications, flea treatments, non color fast bleeding, hidden stains, cracked grout, broken tile, broken windows, glass or screen or anything beyond our control which has been listed. Customer is responsible for balance on contract invoice. In cases regarding unpaid balances where such disputes may lead to extra costs in pursuit of balance due wherein collections, customer is liable for all such costs incurred. We don’t extend credit, ALL jobs are Paid On Delivery of Service. It is our pledge to render careful, thorough, professional service, using the reasonable care to obtain satisfactory results. In most cases 100% spot removal is achieved. However, because of the nature of certain stains it is impossible to guarantee total color/texture restoration. Factors of installation and/or deterioration that are disguised cannot be predicted in the hand of even the most careful workman. Customer agrees to take full responsibility for contents moved by ShineCo Cleaning employees. Customer understands to use caution when walking on damp floors and will not hold ShineCo Cleaning liable for any accidents that may occur.
